I’ve been using Aveda’s Anti-Humectant Pomade on my brows for a few weeks now, and I’m thrilled with the results. The pomade provides excellent hold without making my brows feel stiff or sticky. I love the natural matte finish, which keeps my brows looking groomed and polished throughout the day. Even in humid weather, my brows stay in place, and I don’t have to worry about touch-ups. This is a must have for any makeup kit!
Step 1: Prep Your Brows
Start with clean, dry brows. Remove any makeup or oil to ensure the pomade adheres well.
Step 2: Shape and Define
Use a spoolie brush to comb your brows into your desired shape. This helps identify any areas that need extra attention.
Step 3: Apply the Pomade
Take a small amount of Aveda Anti-Humectant Pomade on a clean spoolie or an angled brow brush. A little goes a long way!
Gently brush the pomade through your brows, focusing on areas that need taming or extra hold. Use short, upward strokes to mimic the natural direction of your brow hairs.
Step 4: Blend and Set
After applying the pomade, use a clean spoolie to blend and distribute the product evenly. This helps achieve a natural look and ensures there are no clumps.
For added definition, you can use a brow pencil or powder to fill in any sparse areas after applying the pomade.
Step 5: Final Touches
Clean up any excess product around your brows with a cotton swab or concealer brush.
Allow the pomade to set for a few minutes before proceeding with the rest of your makeup routine.
